Rooms@theVault is located above the popular Vault pub which is ideally situated, in a prominent position on Buxton’s historic marketplace. Ideally positioned for public transport links, shopping and all the major tourist attractions including the Pavilion Gardens and the Opera House.
The historic building originally operated as a chemist and latterly a chemist before conversion to a pub over 20 years ago.
Our five en-suite rooms have been refurbished to a very high standard. During the refurbishment we retained several banking nuances which are embedded in the decor.
Whether you are looking for a place to rest your head on a business trip, a romantic weekend or a base to explore the tourist attractions and the Peaks, Rooms@theVault is perfect. All our rooms are tastefully decorated, feature en suite bathrooms and come with all the modern cons expected by the modern day traveler.
Although we operate a self-service check check in system, please come and join us downstairs in the Vault pub for a bite to eat or indulge in a tipple from the extensive range of beers, wines and spirits.
